2. Principle

The public pages of this website set no cookies, use no analytics or tracking tools and embed no third-party content. Fonts and graphics are served exclusively from our own server.

Only in the password-protected internal area (/intern/) is a technically necessary session cookie set after login (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It contains a random identifier, is valid for at most 180 days and is deleted on logout.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is used to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted by the host after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

4. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Transfers to third countries

The controller is based in the USA. Where enquiries are handled there, this is done to fulfil your request (Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Please contact nico@recon-eckert.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence.
